If you are new to the game of basketball or just want a refresher on some of the basketball basics these articles are for you. All of these posts are written articles, but we also offer basketball training videos as well that are going to go over different basketball fundamentals as well. These videos are taught by a coach that will go over all of the details to the specific move and break it down for you. After that a player will demonstrate the move so that you can see exactly how to do it. If you are a player this allows you to watch and then go practice the move yourself, and if you are a coach then you will be able to reteach the move to your players.
