Quick Feet Two Ball In and Out Crossover Basketball Drill

Quick Feet Two Ball In and Out Crossover Basketball Drill

The idea behind doing two-ball basketball dribbling drills is that if you can dribble two basketballs simultaneously, you will be able to dribble one ball easily in a game. Being a good ball handler is not all about being able to break someone’s ankles. It is about handling the ball and seeing the floor to find open teammates and make the right play.

And as much as this basketball drill will work on ball handling, it is also going to allow the player to work on shooting off the dribble as well. Both of these go hand in hand because the player must have confidence in their handles if they want to be able to shoot off the dribble.
