This combination basketball shooting drill is great because it conditions your mind and muscles to do whatever move you need to use when a defender steps up. Whether it is a crossover, between the legs, behind the back, or reverse between the legs move, you will be able to execute it. If you have to hesitate to make your move, you will be in trouble as a ball handler.
Basketball drills like this put added difficulty on the ball handler so that when they get into a game, the pace seems slowed down. This is also a great drill for being able to some quality shots in as well.
