Reaction Rebounding Basketball Drill

Reaction Rebounding Basketball Drill

Good offensive basketball rebounders can locate the ball and then track it down quickly. They can cover a lot of ground to make a play on the ball. Just like shooting or dribbling, it takes work to become a great basketball rebounder.

This basketball rebounding drill allows the player to work on his reaction quickness and his ability to go and get the basketball after the shot is missed. By working on the player’s reaction time with this basketball drill, you will train the player to be the first to locate the basketball on the miss. This will give them a headstart on being able to track down the ball.
