This one ball stationary basketball dribbling drill is something that you can do at the beginning of a workout or practice to get warmed up or a drill that you can use on your own if you don’t have very much space. It allows you to work on your game pretty much anywhere that you have a flat hard surface.

Basketball Drill Instructions

  • Start with the basketball in your right hand and then dribble the ball reverse between your legs to your left hand.
  • As soon as the ball touches your left hand, snap it behind your back to the right hand.
  • Continue this pattern for 30 seconds and then switch to your left hand.
