Shot Fake Counter Double Behind the Back Basketball Drill

Shot Fake Counter Double Behind the Back Basketball Drill

The double behind the back dribbling move is a very advanced move, and if you haven’t mastered it doing basketball dribbling drills, you shouldn’t try to use it during a game. However, whether you ever use the double behind the back move in a game or not, it is still good to work on your hands and develop your overall handles.

This basketball drill will work on selling your shot fake, making a move against the help defender, and then finishing at the basket. If you play against a good defense, you will almost always have to account for the help defender that will rotate to help.
