Tight Spaces Behind the Back Basketball Drill

Tight Spaces Behind the Back Basketball Drill

Many basketball players are too loose with the basketball when they dribble the ball, which leads to turnovers. This one ball basketball dribbling drill will help you learn to keep your dribble tight to your body and dribble through traffic at the same time. It will also help you learn to shoot off the dribble or finish at the basket, depending on what finish you decide to work on.

This is also a good basketball drill for working on footwork because you have to stay light on your feet and maneuver between the cones while you dribble the basketball and keep your eyes up.
