As a ball-handler, if you can keep the basketball tight to your body and not have to worry about it getting stolen by a defender, you can concentrate fully on running the offense. This one ball basketball dribbling drill will help you work on your handles, footwork, and finishing ability.
A big key to this basketball dribbling drill is keeping your eyes up to see the floor and keeping your body under control so that you won’t pick up a charge in an actual game. When doing basketball drills like this, you want to go as fast as you can while also making sure that you are staying under control. The more you can push yourself and get out of your comfort zone, the better you will be prepared for live-game action.
