Basketball Drill Instructions
- Start on the baseline with a basketball in your right hand and a tennis ball in your left.
- Dribble the basketball and begin walking forwards as you do.
- Toss the tennis ball up in the air, and while the tennis ball is in the air, make a double between the legs figure 8 move.
- Catch the tennis ball with the same hand that tossed it.
- Continue walking forward and doing the move.
- At half court, switch which hand has the basketball in it.
- Once you get to the opposite baseline, you will come back doing the same move, but this time you will be walking backward.
