Walking Partner Tennis Ball Toss In and Out Basketball Drill

Walking Partner Tennis Ball Toss In and Out Basketball Drill

Being able to handle the basketball with your eyes up on the move, seeing the floor, and reading the defense all at the same time is something that takes practice. If you are constantly having to think about the basketball that you are dribbling or looking down at the ball, you will not be able to do this.

This partner tennis ball basketball dribbling drill is designed to make it so that you can dribble the basketball while focusing on the tennis ball. The goal is to make the basketball an extension of your body and to make it so that you can focus on other things than dribbling. With this basketball drill, you will also work on your hand-eye coordination, so if you have a big man who needs to work on his hands, this basketball dribbling drill works great for that as well.
