Basketball Drill Instructions
- Face the wall and stand about 4-5 feet back with a basketball in your right hand and a tennis ball in your left.
- Get into a dribbling stance and start to dribble the basketball.
- Toss the tennis ball underhanded against the wall, and while the ball is bouncing off the wall, make a behind the back move with the basketball before catching the tennis ball overhanded with the hand that just had the basketball in it.
- Take a couple of dribbles in between, and then make the move again.
- Continue alternating hands back and forth for the desired amount of time.
