If you are looking for a great basketball drill to improve your ball handling and test out your hand quickness, this is the drill for you. When you toss the tennis ball against the wall, you must do an in and out behind the back dribble move and catch the tennis ball again. This means that your handles have to be lightning-fast, and you have to have really good hand-eye coordination. If you cannot do this basketball dribbling drill at first, that is okay. Just keep working at it. You want to be able to challenge yourself as a basketball player.
