For this wall tennis ball basketball dribbling drill, you will work on your ball handling and your hand-eye coordination. This is a great basketball drill for big men as well as guards who are going to handle the ball in a game because it works on developing good hands. Big men need soft hands to catch the basketball and finish around the basket. For guards, you are really going to be able to work on strengthening your off-hand.
