This is more of an advanced basketball move to use, but it can be very effective, especially in transition. When first practicing this move you may want to slow it down and practice it at half speed, or three quarter speed to make sure that you don't travel. You would use the jab step go opposite basketball move when the defender is closing you out and is not under control. The key is to really sell that you are going one way to get the defender to jump to cut you off. That will leave the opposite direction wide open for a one dribble pull up. This basketball drill will give you plenty of repetitions at the move to help you master it.
