Being able to handle the basketball and make a move to breakdown your defender sometimes requires you to be able to make multiple different moves in a row. It may take 2-3 moves in a row to get the angle past your defender. So it is important that you are able to quickly and comfortably dribble the basketball from hand to hand, and also be able to sell your moves.
This ball handling drill is going to help the player work on 4 different combo moves, and also help them learn to be comfortable with handling the ball back and forth between both hands equally well. A big key to basketball drills like this is to make sure that the player is handling the basketball as fast and as hard as they can. That way when they get into a game situation they are comfortable making the move.
