This is a great stationary ball handling drill to work on developing quick hands, and also for working on different in and out combo moves. A great combo move sets the defender up with the first move, and then immediately changes direction with a follow up move. So for this drill, the in and out move is going to set the defender up, and the crossover, between the legs, behind the back, and reverse between the legs moves, are going to be the follow up moves.
It is important that while doing these types of basketball drills you are pushing yourself and getting out of your comfort zone. It is actually encouraged that you lose the basketball because you are going so hard and fast. This is also a great drill to use if you don't have very much space, because all you need is a flat hard surface and a basketball.
