Shot Fake Counter Between the Legs Basketball Drill

Shot Fake Counter Between the Legs Basketball Drill

Some basketball drills are game realistic moves, and some are just to work on developing your hands, footwork, etc. For example, wall basketball dribbling drills are not game realistic, but they are still good to use to work on your handles.

The shot fake counter between the legs basketball drill is specifically designed for practicing a game situation move. When you play good basketball teams, you will have to make multiple moves to get an open shot. This basketball finishing drill allows you to practice shot faking the first defender, making a counter dribble move past the second help defender, and then finishing at the basket.
