Warrior Mid Range Basketball Shooting Drill

Warrior Mid Range Basketball Shooting Drill

Being able to catch and shoot a basketball on the move effectively has a lot to do with footwork and how you come into your shot. You want to be able to come into your shot, have a strong base, and shoot the basketball straight up and down. This basketball shooting drill will help you work on those things, but it will help you practice coming in from different angles on the floor.

Sometimes you will come in straight on, sometimes curling, etc. It is important that you can do all of them well because you never know how you will be moving in a game before you catch and shoot. This basketball drill will not only help you learn the proper footwork, but it will also help you build that muscle memory so that it becomes natural, and you don’t have to think about it anymore.
