Windmill Toss Tennis Ball Basketball Drill

Windmill Toss Tennis Ball Basketball Drill

Good point guards in basketball can dribble a basketball in a game and not have to look down or think about dribbling the ball. They can survey the floor and keep their dribble alive as they do. This basketball dribbling drill is designed to make the player concentrate on the tennis ball so that they dribble the basketball without having to think about it or look down.

If you have a player that struggles to keep their eyes up while handling the basketball, try tennis ball basketball dribbling drills. They will usually do the trick and help correct the bad habit of always looking down at the basketball while dribbling. It trains the player to be able to multitask and really helps to work on hand-eye coordination.
