This footwork and agility basketball drill is great for any position but will really be beneficial for post players. The drill will allow for post players to really work on developing light and quick feet while also being able to catch and toss a tennis ball.
The added difficulty of the tennis ball is really going to challenge the player’s hand-eye coordination. This is a great basketball drill to use in a small group training session with your players.
