Being able to handle the basketball in transition and make quick moves to get past a defender is a lot different of a feel then just doing stationary ball handling. You have to be able to quickly read the defender, and then make the appropriate move. That is exactly what this drill is going to focus on.
This dribbling drill is going to work on getting a defensive rebound, and then attacking in transition. It is important that as you do this drill you challenge yourself to go through the drill at game speed. It is okay to turn the ball over during the drill, because you want to get out of your comfort zone.
