Practicing the correct footwork coming into a shot can really help the shooter improve their shooting percentage. So much of a shot is determined before the player ever even touches the ball. This is especially true when talking about using down screens and getting squared up and on balance before shooting the ball.
This warm up shooting drill is going to allow the player to get multiple repetitions coming into a curl shot from different spots on the floor. It is great to use at the beginning of a workout to really work on the correct footwork when using a curl cut and coming into a shot.
