This is a great two ball basketball dribbling drill and it should be done on a regular basis. It can be done pretty much anywhere because all you need is a flat hard surface and two basketballs. The reason that this basketball drill works so well is because you are pushing yourself and getting outside of your comfort zone.
The drill is only going to last for 15-20 seconds, you are going to go as hard as you can and not worry about turning the basketball over. In fact, in this drill turning the basketball over is encouraged. You don't want to purposely turn the basketball over, but you want to be going to hard that you turn the ball over. That way when you slow yourself back down to normal speed, you have even more control of the basketball.
