This partner tennis ball drill is designed to make it so that you can dribble the basketball while focusing on the tennis ball. The goal is to make the basketball an extension of your body, and to make it so that you can focus on other things than dribbling. With this basketball drill you are also going to work on your hand eye coordination, so if you have a big man that needs to work on his hands, this drill works great for that as well.
